Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days of shipping. Remote destinations can take up to 20 business days. We'd rather under-promise than leave you refreshing your doorstep.

Our pieces ship directly from our production partners' international fulfillment facilities. This keeps prices fair and shipping free.
Customs & import duties
Most orders arrive without any extra charges. If your country applies import duties or taxes, these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at collenjrliebe@gmail.com and we'll chase it, replace it, or refund it.
