Damaged, wrong, or not as described
Email us at collenjrliebe@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to ship anything back.
Changed your mind
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original condition. Contact us first for the return address; return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Order cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships (usually within 1–3 business days of ordering). After shipping, the standard return process applies.
